Shipping Policy
Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes around 2-3 days and outside Dhaka usually 2-4 days approximately. But the duration may increase depending on various reasons (bad weather, political instability, curfew, technical issue). However customer can cancel the order and claim his/her advance within 15 days of unsuccessful attempt for delivery. If you choose the next day (1-2 days) delivery option. we will try our best to deliver you the product within time. But we do not guarantee that. the delivery may take longer. Though it’s a rare case.
Refund Policy
Everhood will accept returns while delivery man is at your doorstep. You can check as much as you want. But after the payment no refund or return will be accepted. But you can exchange the product with any other product/products of same price or greater within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Exchange is only applicable if the product is not the correct size or there is a defect. Everhood will not accept any exchange after 24 hours from receiving the order. Customer has to exchange with the similar product or products which are worth higher than the base product. The delivery charge for the exchange will bear the customer unless Everhood is responsible for the faulty product.
