Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery Charges:

Delivery Charge For Inside Dhaka City 80 BDT. And All Over Bangladesh: 150 BDT.

Delivery Time:

1-3 Days (Working Days) Dhaka City
2-5 Days (Working Days) All Bangladesh

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 📧 support@fashionhq

FashionHQ exchange policy allows you to exchange any FashionHQ product purchased online within 5 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost considering our mistake. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at 📧 support@fashionhq However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to FashionHQ online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.

Please note:

No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable.
No monetary refund is acceptable.

Return Policy

ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে ডেলিভারির টাকা আগে বুঝিয়ে দিয়ে প্রোডাক্টটি বুঝে নিবেন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন প্রোডাক্ট চেক করুন । পাঁচ(০৫) দিনের মধ্যে আপনার কোনো অভিযোগ থাকলে সেই অনুসারে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা দেয়া হবে । পাঁচ(০৫ দিন পর কোনো অভিযোগ বিবেচনা অথবা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
